I was surprised by the fit, honestly. The sizing was nothing like I expected and it felt way too off, like not even close. Kinda dissapointed becuase I was hoping it would work

"Pretty good for the price"
I haven’t had it for super long, so I can’t say how it’ll hold up over time, but so far the quality feels better than I expected for what I paid. Just a solid basic that feels a little nicer.

I’m still waiting on my exchange, and the process hasn’t felt very helpful so far. It’s been a bit frustrating, though maybe they’re just backed up or I caught them at a bad time. Hoping it gets sorted soon

"Shipping Cost Was Annoying"
The shipping ended up costing more than I expected, which was frustrating. I get that fast delivery isn’t always cheap, but still... it felt a bit much. On the plus side, it did arrive quickly, so at least there’s that.

I went in looking to buy a jacket, but the whole experience was disappointing. The staff barely even looked up, and the sizes were all over the place like no one had bothered to organize anything. When I asked for help, it felt like I was just being brushed off. They have some cool stuff online, but in-store it felt carelessly handled and just annoying

"Return was easy, just bad timing on my part"

"Color threw off my whole outfit plan"
I ordered this shirt thinking it would match something I had planned to wear, but the color showed up noticeably darker than it looked on the site. The quality itself is fine, so it’s not like the shirt is terrible, but it was still frustrating because it kinda ruined the outfit I had in mind. I just wish the photos were more accurate. Not awful, just disappointing

My order showed up in good shape, so that part was fine. I just expected it to get to me sooner, and I got annoyed having to keep checking for updates. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I definitely would’ve preferred a faster shipping experience

"Sizing is way too inconsistent"
I ordered my usual size and the fit was just off. The last thing I bought from them fit fine, but this one wasn’t even close. I don’t really buy the polished "true to size" wording on the site anymore, because it feels like the sizing changes from item to item.

"Super comfy, honestly"
I wore this all day, like, errands, sitting around, random whatever, and it stayed comfortable the whole time. No weird tight spots, no annoying digging in, which I always notice immediately. kind of forgot I was wearing it, in a good way

"Stitching could definitely be better..."
Overall, it feels mostly okay?? Like, the construction isn’t terrible or anything!!! But the stitching could for sure be cleaner... I noticed a few spots that just didn’t look as finished as I’d hoped.

I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t really sure what to do, so I sent knickerbocker an email. They replied quickly and were genuinely helpful without making the whole thing feel like a hassle
They answered my questions clearly and got everything sorted out easily. It was nice dealing with a shop where it actually feels like someone read your message properly, I’d definitely order again

"Good tees, but one color was wrong"
I ordered two tees and overall they seem nice, but one of them came in the wrong color. Not a huge deal, but it was a little disappointing since I was looking forward to the one I picked. The quality is decent, I just wish the order had been checked more carefully before shipping.
